INTRODUCTION

BOTTOM-UP SIMULATIONS AND FORM FINDING

CALCULATING MOVEMENT AND SELF ORGANISATION BEHAVIOR

Computational algorithms explore the transition of spatial design from a static, preplanned rigid form to an organic design and geometry. This research explores a design methodology based on simulation and analysis processes for the production of organic human circulation, patterns, and bottlenecks, in order to better predict and design forms based on these algorithms. Observing the natural swarms and agent-based behaviors in nature is a key inspiration for different simulations that explore the potential for generating new structures and new constructional elements that lead to new forms of living, new interiors, and new spaces. The project goal is to introduce an algorithm for designing new techniques that could define new spaces and new relationships between these spaces
