INTRODUCTION

TOWARDS INTELLIGENT CONTROL IN THE GENERATIVE AGE ARCHITECTURE IN THE AGE OF THE 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

REPRODUCTION SYSTEMS AS EVOLUTIONARY VERSIONING PROCESS

“We stand on the brick of a technological revolution that will fundamentally alter the way we live, work and relate to one another. In its scale, scope and complexity, the transformation will be unlike anything humankind has experienced before.” (K. Schwab 2015).

In this study, the exploration of the search space is carried out by gravitational search algorithms and optimization of candidate solutions. Exploitation is performed by particle swarm optimization. Training the multi-layer network uses different means of form-finding to reach the proper combination of connection weight and neural biases to minimize the errors that may occur during the process. A matrix encoding is utilized for providing one-to-one correspondence between vectors, time, and geometrical weight.

ALGORITHMIC AND PARAMETRIC DESIGN COMPLEX GEOMETRY MECHANISM IN NON-LINEAR MATH, RULED SURFACES, AND MINIMAL SURFACES

Algorithmic Design (AD) is a recent technological revolution in the field of architecture, being an alternative approach to manual generation and manipulation of geometry within modeling and analysis tools. Theretofore, instead of creating geometry directly in these tools, architects create a program and code that, when executed, are capable of much more efficient, intelligent, and surprising solutions. This investigation was made mainly to reveal the importance of generative design algorithms in the architectural design process. This process involves embedding computation to design by writing codes and algorithms to develop and boost the computer’s design process and to encode design into the program using systematically linear and/or non-linear logic.
